Charles Clifton has been successfully serving the
needs of commercial and investment clients in the Tampa Bay market since
1983. He has represented Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints, Boy Scouts
of America, Correctional Corporation of America, GTE Federal Credit Union,
Southeast Paper Recycling Co., Farm Stores, PepsiCo, Don Olsen Tire, Wacco,
Inc., Columbia Bank, Sheer Ahearn & Associates,Trustees for governmental
and private entities and many other corporate and individual clients.
A graduate civil engineer from Auburn University, he served with the US Army Corps of Engineers, retiring with Captain rank. Clifton is a designated CCIM, an active member of the Tampa Board of Realtors and Commercial Information Exchange Chair of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a Coldwell Banker Commercial Certified Investment Specialist and also certified as an Office and Retail Specialist.
His outstanding sales ability has been recognized by the Pinnacle Award for the last four years from the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Board of Realtors, ranking among top producers in West Central Florida and was named “Broker of the Year 2001” by that Board. He regularly earns the Commercial Excellence Award, the highest level of achievement for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.
